The stairs lead to the main level and the door stays locked for safety and security of both parties. Other things to note Just a few things to keep in mind during your stay: 🔹 Steps to the Entrance: There are a few steps leading to the private entrance, so it may not be the best fit for those with mobility concerns. 🔹 Friendly Upstairs Neighbor: A long-term tenant lives on the main level of the house, but your space remains completely private. 🔹 Pet-Free Stay: While we love animals, this unit is pet-free to keep it comfortable for all guests. We do have two friendly dogs on-site, and you may see them from time to time—but rest assured, they’re well-behaved! 🔹 Temperature Control: Heating and A/C are set to a comfortable level and managed from upstairs.
