Lo Duca Terrace: Spacious studio located on the 3rd floor of 3 floors, consisting of modern living kitchen, large bathroom with king size shower, comfortable bed. The apartment has a beautiful and large terrace, finished with pottery of Santo Stefano di Camastra and equipped with a lava stone table for breakfasts, lunches, dinners and a chilling area for romantic aperitifs. The apartment offers a bright and welcoming atmosphere overlooking the Duomo's bell tower. The décor is of a modern-tech style with particular attention to finishes. The terrace, thanks to a hermetic curtain of Cristal type, can be fully exploited even on less sunny days, with rain or wind, creating a real extension of the studio. Other things to note The property, located in the historic center, is ideal for romantic couple stays and does not have a lift. Car access is not allowed in the area.
