Every room preserves its iconic stone cone ceiling, the true architectural soul of the trullo. The property, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is the ideal place for those wishing to escape city chaos and find tranquility in a welcoming setting with an equipped outdoor space. Perfect for guests traveling by car, with private parking for two vehicles. The space The property has 3 double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with shower and a desk corner. All rooms feature a queen size bed and are equipped with a hanging wardrobe, complete with hangers and extra blankets. The house also has a crib, which can be set up upon request. The living room occupies the main trullo and is furnished with an antique table and a cast-iron wood-burning stove. Here you'll also find a sofa bed for any additional guests and a TV. The trulli are equipped with wifi. The kitchen is functional and equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, mini oven, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle and washing machine; all dishes and utensils needed for cooking are also provided. From the kitchen you have access to the second bathroom, with shower and hairdryer. The outdoor space is the true highlight of the property. Walking through the entrance driveway, you'll cross a small garden with fruit trees and olive trees, where there's parking spacious enough for two cars. The real star of the outdoor space is the equipped patio with table, sun loungers, umbrella and barbecue: the perfect spot to relax in the sun during the day and enjoy summer evenings caressed by the maestrale breeze. The house has a cast-iron wood-burning stove and electric radiant heaters; it does not have air conditioning, but the hillside location and thick walls of the traditional architecture keep the rooms naturally cool even in summer. Access and parking may be shared with us, as we might occasionally stay in the adjacent house.
