Casa de Sueños Tropicales is a two unit house that sits in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The Second Floor unit features a private balcony over looking the pool and neighborhood. Two Bed/Two Bath with a full kitchen and living room. 55" TV & Wifi included. There is traditional Mexican tile and art throughout the flat. In the front yard is a pool and lounge area that is shared with the ground floor flat renters. The House of Tropical Dreams!!! The space Casa de Sueños Tropicales is a 4 year old house that sits near the end of a dead end street which allows for little traffic and a quiet neighborhood compared to just a few blocks away near the main street. This beautiful house features two separate flats with their own private entrance to each unit. The house is keypad locked so you will not have to worry about keys on you vacation. When you enter the property you will be in the common area where there is a 10'x15' shared pool and lounge area. Walk up one flight of stairs to get to the second floor flat. There is a private balcony with a table and chairs where you can relax and have a cup of coffee or cocktail and see the sunset. When entering the apartment you will walk into a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room area. The furnishings are traditional Mexican, created by local wood workers. The kitchen is all hand crafted Mexican tile. It includes a refrigerator, 4 burner stove top, microwave, convection toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, double sink, pots and pans, dishes/glasses/cups/utensils. The two bedrooms are about 11' x 14' and each has a queen bed. Each bedroom has an air conditioner and there are ceiling fans throughout the house. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom including a Mexican tiled single sink counter top, toilet and large 4'x5' shower. The main street shops, restaurants, and beach are all within a 5-10 minute walk. Come check out the great food, music, and beach life. Guest access The second floor flat renters can access the pool, front patio lounge area, and private second floor patio. Please do not use the roof as there hare no walls or railings up there and can be dangerous, especially for kids. The ground floor flat back patio is private for ground floor flat renters. Other things to note Satellite TV has been discontinued for the off season. It will be turned back on at the end of December. There is wifi and a smart TV however, in Mexico, the wifi can be good at times and very slow at other times. You will have to have your own passwords to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon etc. to stream tv.
