The huge main suite has a nice bathroom, a large closet, and access to a private balcony. The loft space includes its own balcony. The walkout basement has three beds, and there is a large and bright family room too. The laundry room includes a private washer and dryer to keep everyone looking their best during your stay. The decks and patios are covered and open. The beautiful land is carpeted in juniper, surrounding this is a one-of-a-kind property on all sides. The home is secluded and private, but with neighbors nearby. Elk, deer, and turkey abound in this area. Sit on the deck with your cup of coffee or glass of wine and soak in the view, watch the wildlife, and listen to the sound of the wind in the pines. If you have been looking for your getaway from the world, then this is it. THINGS TO KNOW Access to this house is on a low-maintenance forest service road off Nemo, called Lucky Strike. Please note that the cell service is spotty unless guests connect to the internet. This property is managed by Vacasa South Dakota LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
