This resort provides a great home base from which to explore 7 national wildlife refuges and Crater Lake. This spacious family suite sleeps up to four guests and features one private bedroom, full kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplace and balcony with barbecue grill. At the resort you can enjoy a soak in the hot tub, tee off with some golf, play tennis/basketball, work out at the fitness center or treat yourself to the spa. The space This spacious one-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 828 - 977 square feet. You will find a king bed in the master bedroom and one queen Murphy bed in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area, fireplace, and balcony with barbecue grill. Maximum occupancy is four. Private sleeping area sleeps two. Arrival after 10:00 PM needs to call resort in advance for instructions. Smoking/vaping is prohibited on all suite patios and balconies, as well as within 10 feet of public entrances, exits, windows that open and ventilation intakes. Smoking/vaping is permitted in designated areas only. Limited ground floor justification requests are accepted based on physical or medical need. There is a strict no pet policy. Midge bugs (harmless) are seasonal from July through September. Other things to note A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. If reservation guest name needs to be changed, please contact via Airbnb message board or call Extra Holidays at phone:800-917-1591. A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted.
