Starter kit includes: • 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom • Hotel-size soap, shampoo, and conditioner • 1 trash bag per bathroom • Dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent, and 2 extra trash bags • Laundry detergent in the laundry area Parking Policy – Bella Vida Resort • Parking is allowed only on the home’s driveway. To comply with Bella Vida Resort regulations, sidewalks must remain completely clear at all times. • Street parking is strictly prohibited anywhere within the community. • Any vehicle parked on the street, grass, or blocking the sidewalk is subject to immediate towing at the guest’s expense, including all towing and recovery fees. • Please ensure all drivers in your group are aware of this policy to avoid penalties.
