A large and private master suite with a spa-like bathroom and a sitting area with views of trees and the lake. With two other quiet bedrooms with queen beds and a bunk bedroom off the living area, the house is perfect for large families and groups. The living room has a river rock fireplace and incredible views of the lake. The downstairs game room offers a bar, a poker table, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional flexible sleeping space. Only about 100 miles northeast of Los Angeles, Big Bear Lake is a beautiful and convenient break from the hustle and bustle of the city. This nature lover’s paradise provides endless year-round activities. In the winter, Big Bear Lake offers skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and tubing. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Use outdoor activities are prohibited from 10 pm - 7 am. - No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line. - Winter weather warning- From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle. - Lake levels vary. As of May 2021, the depth of water is 8ft at the dock. If you are bringing a boat please be sure to research if this is sufficient. Please check all lake rules at the Big Bear Municipal Water District website. - This home can accommodate a maximum of 12 adults. - Please note, all persons (including infants, children and visitors) at the home are counted towards the total occupancy of the home. Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy at any time. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - Guests are responsible for disposing trash at local dumpsite in accordance with City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on property - AvantStay plows and clears the driveway and one pathway to the front door. We provide shovels for guests to use should they wish to clear paths on any other part of the property. - This home comes with a high chair available. - The kayaks onsite are not available for guest use.
