The apartment is on the ground floor in the upper D-block, giving you a beautiful view and access to an extra swimming pool. There is also an infinity pool overlooking the Spanish Water. The resort is secure and has a beautiful tropical garden. The space The Apartment is located on the ground floor of the complex. However, it is built on a hill so you can enjoy beautiful views over the complex, swimming pool, the Spanish water, the harbor and the beautiful sea. The living room is very exposed to the wind, through the sliding door you have access to the beautiful terrace. This terrace features a spacious outdoor dining table, sun loungers and lounge set. This terrace is private. Air-conditioning in the living room. The apartment is also equipped with super fast WiFi (free) The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, such as a spacious American fridge, combi-oven with microwave function, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and all kitchen amenities. In the luxury apartment, you will find two bedrooms with king-size bed (1.85 x 2.00) The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage space for your clothes. The master bedroom has a television. Both bedrooms have air conditioning in them. The bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom equipped with every comfort. There is also a separate guest toilet. In the apartment, there is also a technical room where you can use a washing machine, dryer and where you can iron. The decor of the apartment is equipped with modern and new furniture with a Caribbean touch. Guest access The Apartment is located in a 24-hour secured resort. Guests can enjoy two swimming pools, one of which is an infinity pool located on the private beach. Swimming pools and the private beach are equipped with sunbeds and parasols (free of charge). There is also plenty of free parking. Other things to note The accommodation is offered including: Bedding Towels Beach sheets Water (at normal consumption) A deposit of €200 is required. This is paid at check-in. This can be done via bank transfer or cash. At check-out, this deposit will be settled after checking for any damage to the accommodation and electricity consumed. The accommodation is rented excluding electricity and final cleaning. At check-in, we will record the meter readings and at check-out. After this, we will make the calculation according to the consumption of the number of KWh of electricity used. For this, we charge €0.45 per KWh for the entire apartment. We can deduct this amount from the deposit paid. For the final cleaning, we charge an amount of €100.
