Guest access This accommodation is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation: WiFi, TV, air conditioning, fans, coffee maker, microwave, electric grill, blender, and much more. Other things to note In the payment of your stay we include 10 kW per night; in case of exceeding that consumption, $8 MXN will be charged for each additional kW. Tulum is a destination in constant development and growth, which makes it truly unique and special. However, this continuous evolution can sometimes present certain challenges related to local infrastructure. Some basic services, such as hot water, electricity, internet, or water pressure, may experience occasional temporary interruptions due to external factors or work in the area. These situations are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to assist you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Additionally, keep in mind that some access roads may be dirt roads, which is common in several areas of Tulum. Bicycles are available for guests to use, but please help us keep them in good condition and return them at the end of their use. In order to use them, a security deposit is requested, which will be returned upon returning the bicycle in proper condition. Exclusive Access to Our Beach Club As our guest, you have free access to our exclusive beach club, located at kilometer 9.3 of Tulum's hotel area, one of the most beautiful spots on the coast. Beach Club Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Restaurant: Open daily from 7:30 AM – 10:00 PM Mexican and mediterranean fusion Important: Free access is available until November 30. From December 1 to April 30 (high season), a preferential access fee will be applied, which must be paid directly at the beach club.
