Worry not, this town has plenty of other attractions such as golf, hot air ballooning, farmers markets, and shopping. At the heart of Temecula lies Old Town, where visitors can take a step back in time as they meander through wooden boardwalks lined with western-inspired buildings. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team. Whether it’s fridge stocking or in-home massages, AvantStay offers a variety of upgrades & experiences to enhance your stay. Other things to note Home Truths: - AvantStay guests do not have access to the surrounding grounds, vineyards, and horse stables. Additionally, guests must observe and adhere to posted signs that restrict guest access. - The property owner has a caretaker who lives near the stables on the premises. He is not affiliated with Avantstay, but oversees the care of the stables and vineyards. - There is a speed limit of 5mph on the driveway that guests must adhere to at all times. Guest must stop at the stop signs on both sides of the horse crossing area. - We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in. - Please note that due to its secluded location, cell reception, and WiFi are limited at our home. - Pool/Spa heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in. - Pool with spa heat is just $350 per day, plus tax. - SPA heat alone is $100 per day plus tax. - Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September). - Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property. - No events or parties are allowed at this property. - Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine. - All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924). - Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited. - The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons. - Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival. - Please note that you must be at least 25 years old to book this home. - Please note that during your stay the front gate at the lower entrance to the property is to be kept closed at all times. when you are entering or exiting the property you must manually open the gates, then after going through the gates close the gates. This is imperative each and every time you enter or exit the property this is for safety purposes. - Guests will incur a $150.00 charge per incident, per person, for any rule not followed. - Bus limos/party buses cannot drive onto the property. Guests with scheduled bus pickups must walk down the driveway to meet them outside the front gate. Parking Details: Circular driveway can accommodate 6 cars. 2 cars can be parked in the garage. No street parking. [DISCLAIMERS] - No smoking in or outside of this home. Subject to a $300 fine. - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced. Subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. - IDs and security deposits when applicable will be requested after booking - We have the right to report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.
