The space Amenities of the "Alter Speicher" vacation home ▪︎ Ground floor – Welcome to wellness On the ground floor, you will be greeted by a cozy living and dining area with pleasant underfloor heating. Here you can make yourself comfortable on the comfortable three-seater sofa, watch a movie on the TV or sit together at the inviting dining area. The compact, fully equipped kitchen offers you everything you need for small and large cooking moments: ceramic hob (four plates), oven, refrigerator, sink and many helpful extras such as Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, spices, oil, tea, coffee pods, dishwasher, garbage bags and vacuum cleaner. The new, small bathroom is stylishly designed and has a walk-in shower, toilet, towel heating, top sink and a hair dryer. ▪︎ Upper floor – Sleeping with charm A small wooden staircase leads to the upper floor (not separated by a door). Under the cozy roof beams, a spacious sleeping area with a double bed and a single bed awaits you. Garden ▪– your private oasis of peace Directly at the house is your fenced garden area, which is all yours. The natural terrace with garden furniture (April-November) is a wonderful place for relaxing hours outdoors. There is an adjoining free-range area for your dog, so that your four-legged companion can also enjoy his vacation safely. Other things to note In the lovingly restored "Alten Speicher" you will experience the charm of bygone times, combined with the comforts of today. On about 60 m², you have space for up to three guests as well as up to two dogs. Quiet country roads await around the farm, which you can explore on foot or by bike. Fields, forests, meadows and rippling streams accompany you until you immerse yourself in the unique moorland landscapes or reach the nearby Dümmer Lake. And when summer turns into autumn, the area transforms into a stage for a special spectacle: the migration and wintering of the cranes. Additionally bookable on site: "Tauko" sauna house Enjoy absolute privacy: the newly renovated sauna house "Tauko" is all yours. Relax in the rustic sauna (up to 3 people), refresh yourself in the exceptionally spacious rain shower overlooking the open fireplace of the old oven and then rest on comfortable relaxation and warmth vibration loungers. An exclusive retreat on the Donstorf half-timbered farm. Bed linens, towels and sauna towels can be booked as an option upon request. The stated pet fee is per dog.
