The villa is set on the slopes of Chapman's Peak within walking distance to the Beach and the Farm Village. No loadshedding as it has solar backup The space Chapman's View Villa compromises a luxury en-suite master bedroom, 3 bedrooms with a family bathroom to share, an additional shower & toilet downstairs, a lounge and a large kitchen. All bedrooms are equipped with beds in extra length in King size or Queen size and finest linen. Two bedrooms have a balcony with a stunning view over the valley and the sea. The 3rd bedroom provides nice views to Chapman's Peak and the surrounding mountains. The bedroom floors were replaced by laminated flooring in June 2018. Enjoy great views of the sea from the lounge and the front garden and lovely mountain views from the pool area. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s delight. It's fully equipped with a gas hob, Bosch oven as well as a Nespresso machine. Guest access The house, garden, pool and all other amenities are exclusive to the guests. Other things to note There will be a garden and cleaning service once a week.
