In each space, you'll find a washer/dryer, television, wireless internet, and air conditioning. Guest access Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Occupancy: The guest agrees not to exceed the agreed-upon number of occupants for the property. Any additional guests not indicated will result in the loss of the security deposit, and they must leave the property immediately. Security Deposit: A security deposit on a credit card (Visa & MasterCard only, no debit cards) will be required upon arrival if not already charged. Excessive soiling, damage to the property, or maintenance needs may result in additional fees. If the guest doesn't have a credit card, a cash deposit (USD or Mexican Pesos) will be requested during check-in. The security deposit block on your credit card is lifted after property inspection. Any damages will be deducted from the security deposit. Adherence to condominium rules is essential, or the security deposit will be forfeited to the administration. Responsibilities: The signing guest is responsible for payment and adherence to the agreement terms, even if others are present on the property. Prices and Property: No guarantees are made regarding prices or property availability for subsequent rentals. Constructions and Repairs: Maintenance will be provided promptly for any accessory malfunctions. Loud noises from nearby construction sites won't result in monetary compensation. Refunds: No refunds, proportional or otherwise, if the guest leaves the property before the departure date. Hurricane Evacuation Policy: No reimbursement in the event of hurricanes or natural disasters. Guests can obtain travel insurance. Services: No reimbursement if services (internet, water, power) are closed or non-functional, as these are external and beyond control. Owners’ Belongings: Some closets containing owners' personal items are locked and not for guests' use. Additional Usage of the Property: Residential use only; consent is needed for any other usage. Parties are prohibited; non-compliance leads to losing the security deposit and immediate eviction. Properties: Happy Address and owners won't provide additional furniture. Guests are responsible for returning everything as delivered. Security: Locks are present; Happy Address will explain their usage. Guests are responsible for securing the unit at all times. Responsibility: Guests are responsible for themselves and additional guests. No responsibility is held for accidents, damages, losses, or various incidents. Guests absolve Happy Address, agents, and owners of any related responsibility. Conclusions: This agreement is valid if guests adhere to conditions, limitations, and responsibilities. Happy Address reserves the right to terminate the agreement for non-payment or non-compliance. Legal Responsibility: Happy Address is not responsible for situations arising from this agreement. Guests are responsible for terminating the agreement or choosing not to use services or leave the property. Exoneration: Guests exonerate Happy Address, the owner, agents, and employees from any lawsuits, damages, or costs arising from this agreement and service usage. Penalty for Violation: Violating the agreement may result in termination, property access, and eviction without reimbursement.
