‘Serena’ is an apartment located within the Casale Casalone on the private estate of Arceno, on the South of the ‘Chianti Classico’ in Tuscany. It is a home set over two floors around a central, stone cobbled courtyard. Once a rural home, it has been brought into the twenty first century with modern lighting, furniture, technology, central heating, fully air conditioned throughout. The Pool is shared with four other properties and with six dedicated sunbeds and sunshades. With three bedrooms (all with smart TVs), three bathrooms and tastefully decorated throughout, ‘Serena’ exudes charm and comfortable living. The living room boasts a smart TV, fireplace and some very cosy sofas and seating. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen has every modern convenience with dining table, seating six. The ground floor double bedroom, alongside a bathroom with shower, has direct access to the garden terrace. From the kitchen, stairs lead up to a second double bedroom and a second bathroom with shower. A short corridor leads to the main bathroom which hosts a twin shower unit, double basins and a hydromassage bathtub with water jet circulation. Next door is the master bedroom, with views from both sides of the house over the courtyard and the garden. The terrace runs along the back of the house and is equipped with stylish outdoor furniture including a dining table seating eight, a barbecue and overlooks the garden planted with herbs. The terrace is the perfect place to relax and unwind with family or friends over a ‘Chianina’ steak, a glass of Chianti wine or ‘aperitivi’ after a hard day’s sightseeing.
