The space The 55 m2 apartment is located in a small residence on a private road in a natural, green and very quiet environment. A full-fledged furniture, as well as the upscale equipment (WLAN optionally bookable) enable an unrestricted and relaxing vacation. The apartment Casa Uta is located directly in the Alto Garda Bresciano nature park approx. 350 meters above the lake and 4 km from the center of Limone in Tremosine / Bazzanega and offers a private balcony with a breathtaking view of the lake and access to a communal garden. The cleaning is carried out by a specialist. There is a cozy pellet stove for use in the colder months. Sacks of pellets can easily be bought at local supermarkets. An instruction manual can be found on site. Guest access You can park for free in front of the house. Access via external stairs (1st floor). Self-check-in possible.
