The owners have given extra special attention to every detail to ensure that their guests have everything they need to enjoy a relaxing getaway to their Caribbean jungle condo. This will be your new home away from home! Thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated, featuring two bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The bedrooms are furnished with new cooling memory foam mattresses so you can enjoy a comfy sleep after a day of sun and snorkeling. Bright and colorful, the open living area is well-appointed with a large sofa, Complete with a 45" smart TV, games for the family, you and your group will have everything you need to be entertained and enjoy the quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and brand new appliances. The chefs in your party will find everything they need to prepare local favorites....including legendary margaritas. Relax in the jungle surroundings at the pool just off the patio while dinner is served. Often times between 4:30 - 6:30 pm you can experience the local monkeys in the treetops above. Guest access Access to the property will be through a key code, for the lockbox. The code will be sent to you the morning of your arrival. You will also be provided detailed driving instructions from the Cancun International Airport. Other things to note Located close to Tulum and Playa Del Carmen without the "higher" nightly fees. This property is has a "luxury, boho-chic feel in addition to all the comforts of home. We would like you to know that we do keep basic cooking spices and condiments in the fridge, and in the spice pantry. *** If you use the last of something please replace it for the next guest prior to departure. *** The closest stores are listed in the guest arrival book. If you would like those items removed prior to your arrival please let me know so that I can make sure the condo is set correctly for your stay. * Please note we also provide very nice towels, linens, and beach towels for use. We would ask that you NOT USE any towels or linens at the pool or ocean unless it is a beach towel. In Mexico, when shopping they do not provide bags. We have provided two cooler bags ( for cold items and day trips) and 8 reusable cloth bags for guest use. * Please place them back in the master closet when you have completed your use of those items. We want to ensure our guests have a stress free and cost-effective trip, we do so by providing these "extras" and hope to continue to do so in the future. No more than 6 guests at a time will be accepted. The condo sleeps 5 adults very comfortably. Can easily accommodate 4 adults and two teenagers, or 6 adults if two are smaller in size to share the double bed.
