St. Gervais Apartment with Excellent Mountain View

The apartment is in excellent condition and well maintained. There are two bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilet. It has a large balcony with table and chairs to relax and enjoy the spectacular mountain views. The living room and one of the bedrooms has a pine clad sloping ceiling with wooden beams making it very attractive and creates a chalet style interior appearance. The kitchen area is well equipped. The space There are 2 bedrooms, a shower room & separate toilet. The living room has a sofa, dining table and chairs, television & DVD. The kitchen area has a hob, oven/microwave, dish-washer, fridge, washing machine, toaster & kettle. There is a ski locker, included in the rental. Electricity is also included. We provide duvets, pillows, mattress and pillow protectors, but duvet covers, pillowcases and towels are not included in the rental, but we can arrange for them to be hired if you wish, payable to the local launderette (in Euros). Other things to note The Cleaning Fee of £45, paid to Airbnb at the time of your booking, will be reimbursed to you within 2 weeks after the end of your stay, subject to our local agent's routine inspection of the apartment on the day of your departure and that the apartment is left perfectly clean and tidy for the following clients. If our local agents consider that the apartment does require substantial further cleaning, the cleaning charge will be retained in order to cover the cost of cleaning staff. A Security Deposit of £225 to be paid direct to the owner's bank account at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival. This will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days after at the end of your stay, subject to our local agent's routine inspection of the apartment soon after your departure. Any loss, breakages or damage will be deducted from the refund according to the calculated cost. When the telecabin lifts are closed outside the winter and summer seasons, you can still drive from St. Gervais up to Le Bettex, which is halfway up the adjacent Mont d'Arbois, via the easy mountain road. There are ample parking areas there, from where you can walk on the mountain tracks. Outside the skiing season, when the lifts are closed and there is no snow, you can walk up to the summit of Mont d'Arbois on various mountain paths. The views are spectacular, including excellent views of Mont Blanc and the surrounding mountains.
