Four spacious bedrooms promise a restful stay -- Three with king beds, while beautiful lake views can be seen throughout the home and on the balcony. This gorgeous home is now back on the vacation rental market after being fully remodeled, including luxurious bathrooms, linens and furniture. LIVING AREA Modern mountain decor, tongue and groove ceilings with exposed beams, and wide plank wood flooring to create a stylish chic vibe. Two living areas, each with wood-burning fireplaces, offer ample space to spend time together. In the main living area, find a comfy couch equipped with a pull out bed and 75" 4K Ultra HD TV to enjoy Sling with sports package, Netflix and Hulu. An additional living area has a three-in-one dining table, bumper pool and poker table all in one. As well as a Golden Tee Golf Arcade game, foosball table and pool table, for everyone to enjoy. A full sink, fridge, bar seating, and 55" 4K Ultra HD TV to complete the space. KITCHEN & DINING Whip up heart meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which includes a waffle maker, crock pot and rice maker. When you're ready to eat, gather at the six person live edge dining table, a custom piece built by Big Bear locals. BED & BATH This home sleeps 9 adults. The master bedroom boasts a California King bed, a TV, and direct access to the deck with lake views. The second bedroom offers a King bed, a TV, and views of the backyard. The third bedroom has a King bed, a TV, and stores all of the baby items in the walk-in closet: Full crib, Pack 'N Play, Stroller, High Chair, Baby Gate and changing table topper. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a queen bed. All bedrooms offer a luggage rack, while each floor has a newly remodeled guest bathroom. The bottom floor offers a tub and shower combo, and the top floor features a rainfall shower. OUTDOOR AREAS: Enjoy the serene views of the lake while soaking in the new seven-person hot tub with 32 jets, located on the private balcony. As evening falls, make your way to the backyard and gather around the brand-new propane fire pit with seating cushioned seating for 8 where you can stargaze and catch up with friends and family. Street parking is not permitted. This rental does not have air conditioning. The City of Big Bear Lake requires face-to-face check-in with a property manager. The credit card and ID that was used to make the reservation must be present at check-in. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Parties are prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbance, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles. The city of Big Bear Lake has a zero tolerance policy for any violations and you will be ticketed, without warning, if the sheriff's department is called on the disturbance. You are a short 10 minute walk to Big Bear Bowling Barn and only 15 minutes walk to Pine Knot Rd, the start of the Village center. For a fun adventure, ride free on one of the Blue Line Big Bear Trolley routes, requesting your final stop be at the Alpine Slide or the Big Bear Marina, for your 8-10 minute stroll home. If you need something in person, we can send a property manager to the house. Otherwise, we are happy to answer questions through the app. Amazing neighbor, walking distance to the village and main attractions of Big Bear Lake. The best way is to walk. Take advantage of your short walking distance to town. This cabin is centrally located. You can also take advantage of the free Big Bear Trolley rand explore the town that way! You can request your final stop at Alpine Slide or Big Bear Marina for a quick 8-10 minute stroll back to the house. If you plan on hitting the slopes early, you're only a 10 minute ride to snow summit, and there is plenty of parking. Uber and Lyft are also available for any late night guests that don't feel like walking home. Our housekeepers abide by strict protocols and stringent cleaning standards from a customized checklist for Cozy Bear Manor. In response to Covid-19, this checklist has been enforced to focus on high-traffic areas and high-touch surfaces like handles, remote controls and light switches, in line with CDC guidelines. After cleaning the home, our housekeepers take a video of each room to verify the use of products approved by the EPA for the use against Covid-19. Once submitted, the video is reviewed within minutes to verify the rooms have been properly sanitized, the house is staged correctly, and all items are accounted for. Cozy Bear Manor does not permit any kind of steal or swapping of cabin property, including by not limited to: blankets, pillows, sheets, books, games, baby items (stroller, high chair, pack 'n play, etc.), kitchen accessories, hair dryers, and the rest of the homes accessories. If items have gone missing or are exchanged with a personal item a fee between $150 to $450 will be incurred to replace the item(s) and maintain the homes esthetic.
