In the Villa, you and your family will be alone in this private house for the entire stay. In the heart of the historic district of Old Lévis, enjoy the unique character of this ancestral house and its proximity to the ferry to Old Quebec. On the ground floor is a huge kitchen, fully equipped, which will allow you to prepare your meals with ease. For coffee, you will find a Nespresso capsule coffee machine and milk frother, a filter coffee machine and an Italian coffee machine. A lunch counter is available for quick meals, or to just enjoy a good coffee! There is also a large dining room for memorable meals with family or friends! On one floor up is a large living room for moments of relaxation. You'll get a smart TV that includes Netflix, Disney Channel, Prime Video and YouTube. A gas fireplace, sectional sofa and armchairs. You will also find a folding double bed in this room. On the top floor, you will find the bedrooms as well as the bathroom. 3 large bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with two single bunk beds. In this room there is a doll's house and toys to entertain your children. Guests can enjoy a whirlpool bath and a separate shower in the bathroom. A magnificent private courtyard is at your disposal, including a heated inground pool*, a large terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue (in summer).
