Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy at any time. - No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. - Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line. - Outdoor activities are prohibited from 10pm - 7am - Guests are responsible for disposing of trash at the local dumpsite in accordance with the City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on the property. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - AvantStay plows and clears the driveway and one pathway to the front door. We provide shovels for guests to use should they wish to clear paths on any other part of the property. Parking Details: The garage accommodates 1 car. An additional car can park on the driveway.
