Our brand new Giulio apartment is perfect for a relaxing vacation full of nature and dips in the pool, without sacrificing the proximity of the city, the many places to visit and all the comforts present in the property (A/C, heating, WiFi throughout the property, panoramic terrace). The space The “Giulio” apartment was converted from an old barn, maintaining the typical characteristics of the building and the area, but studying modern solutions with a refined and sophisticated décor. The apartment is located on our farm: we produce vegetables, fruit, wine, oil, legumes and processed products that, if desired, can be purchased by guests. For those who also want to try their hand at some practical activities, it will be possible to organize experiences related to sowing, harvesting, cooking and processing products on the farm. The apartment is spread over two floors: on the ground floor is the living room-kitchen with a table for 4 people and a 1.5-size sofa bed. On the first floor, the double bedroom with views of the countryside and the full bathroom with shower. From the living room-kitchen you can access a splendid panoramic terrace equipped with a table, chairs, and umbrella. Here you can relax, eat and enjoy suggestive aperitifs with sunset views. The other half of the terrace houses a second apartment, the Giulio apartment, which can be rented at the same time to accommodate up to 8 people of the same family, friends, etc. In fact, it will be possible to make the terrace a unique space to eat together, relax and enjoy the vacation together: The property also features a swimming pool (open from early June to mid-October), a barbecue and a pizza oven, which can be used by guests.
