Sleeping comfortably up to 16 people in air-conditioned interiors surrounded by lush gardens (fenced) with private pool, and carefully designed to provide space for gatherings or dining together yet ensuring privacy when required or at night, Villa Evaggelia will impress you! Inside, the property is divided into 5 self-contained units, split over 2 lovely houses surrounded by extensive private grounds, rented exclusively together as WHOLE INDEPENDENT VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL able to accommodate up to 16 guests (please note that the units cannot be rented separately, this property is ONLY AVAILABLE AS A WHOLE PRIVATE VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL). This guarantees the exclusive use of all the areas, yet provides privacy at night or when required. The 5 units are organised as follows, for the convenience of the guests: HOUSE 1: 1 x unit with 2 bedrooms (one double, one single), fully equipped kitchen/dining area for all the guests, bathroom 1 x unit with open plan room (studio, 2 single beds that guests can join to form a double + single sofa bed), kitchenette, bathroom 1 x unit with open plan room (studio, 2 single beds that guests can join to form a double), kitchenette, bathroom. HOUSE 2: 1 x unit with 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin), kitchenette, seating area, bathroom 1 x unit with 2 bedrooms (both bedrooms have twin beds), kitchenette, seating area, bathroom The property is air-conditioned (included in the rental rate). Apart from the extensive gardens with shrubls, trees and flowers, guests staying at Villa Evaggelia can enjoya large private swimming pool, reserved for their exclusive use. It is equipped with comfortable sunbeds, parasols, as well as with a shaded dining area with brick built barbecue where all the 16 guests can dine together of they wish. A true delight! Private secure parking is available within the property. NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week with change of towels. No extras are required locally. A refundable security deposit of euros 300 has to be paid on arrival and is refunded at the end of the stay as long as no damages are done to the property. Other things to note On the 15th of December 2023, the Greek Government introduced a new tax on holiday rentals with the aim to fight the climate emergency. The new “climate resilience tax” bacame effective in 2024 and will be consequently increased from 1st of January 2025 to the foreseen amount of 2 euros per property per night for studios and apartments and 15 euros per property per night for villas and large holiday homes (details are still under review, and official figure for each specific property will be added to the pre arrival info for all our guests). Therefore, for example, a stay of 7 nights in a villa during 2025 summer (non depending on the number of guests staying) will have a total climate resilience tax of euros 105. For all the existing and future reservations, the amount will be payable locally on arrival. Despite being this a sudden decision, which caused a considerable surprise in ourselves, we are therefore obliged to comply with the new regulation informing all our present and future guests of this extra charge.
