Aunt Jane’s is in the heart of downtown just behind the Round House! Just a few steps to the beach, docks shops, restaurants, pools, bars, and clubs! No cab rides back and forth across the island and no designated driver needed. Bring your own food and drinks and eat better for less! Fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, dining room, living room, screened porch. We provide pillows, blankets and comforters; you bring sheets and towels. Our unique location in the middle of all the commercial downtown resorts allows us to accommodate requests and needs that other residential rentals often cannot, just let us know what you want. Aunt Jane's has event space and additional house and apartment rentals adjacent to this house for larger groups or if more individual bedrooms are required. You can't beat our location. At the pool and forgot your sunglasses? Pop back to get them and be back with your friends before they noticed you were gone. Places that are even slightly farther away will require you to plan your trips in and out of town, and result in an entirely different experience. This two-story house features four bedrooms, each with two full size beds (8 beds upstairs). The convertible living spaces have an additional two twin beds and three futons or sofa beds. Fully equipped kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, pots, pans, dishes, some utensils, and tableware. Two bathrooms, one with tub/shower and one with stall shower. Open connected living room, dining room, and front room. Large screened porch, small yard area with propane grill and picnic tables. Two car parking included. Guest access Includes a nice yard with picnic table, grills, and porch to hang out and watch all the action go by. Parking space for two vehicles in tandem on the driveway is provided with this rental. Aunt Jane's features multiple contiguous rentals. This rental is for only the portions of the property, rooms, and amenities included in the description. Guests of each particular rental are generally not allowed access to yard areas and portions of the property or buildings that are reserved for other guests, staff and facility maintenance areas, storage sheds, and any other area that may be designated as off-limits by staff, such as during construction or maintenance, whether or not such areas are in use during your stay. Please respect the privacy of other guests. Thanks! Other things to note You can walk to Aunt Jane's from the Jet Express dock or the Miller Ferry bus depot downtown. We can arrange golf cart rentals for you at the lowest rates with our friends down the street. Rentals cannot break up weekend (Friday and Saturday nights). Midweek and some holidays require 3-nite minimum. If the police are summoned to the property due to your actions, your entire security deposit may be applied towards penalty, administrative and other managerial costs. Pools and spas at the Sand Bar, Blue Marlin, Splash, and Mist swim-up bars are are within steps of the unit, but not on the Aunt Jane's property itself. Island visitors are generally welcome at these attractions during normal operational hours, subject to occupancy restrictions and occasional special events. Some may impose a small cover charge depending on date and demand. There is a free-admission pool and bar at the Bay Lodging Hotel, and a kid-friendly pool (no bar, small admission charge) at the Crew’s Nest downtown. If your particular rental allows pets, you must take full responsibility and indemnify us from any liability, agree to reimburse for any and all damage, clean up all waste immediately, and not allow any disturbance including barking. Please note the yards are not completely fenced and there is a leash ordinance in the Village. You and your pet will both enjoy that DeRivera park downtown and the park surrounding the Monument are also dog-friendly, and just steps away from our rentals
