The balcony located off the living area offers great views of the courtyard, community pools, and ocean. Direct beach access is located just steps away at the pool area which also offers outdoor showers. The Primary bedroom offers a King size bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and DVD player, and offers access to the second full bath with tub and shower which is also accessible from the hall. WIFI is available. The building has elevator access and parking for 2 vehicles. Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
