Restaurants and shops are also close by. ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ All three spacious bedrooms are located on the main level and are ready for use with fresh linens. The master bedroom features a cozy king bed, a private bathroom, a walk-in closet, a dresser, and a flatscreen TV. Bedroom 2 is outfitted with a comfy queen bed, a bedside table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 is perfect for any kids or singles in your group and features two sets of twin bunk beds. There is a collection of board games as well, so feel free to host a family game night during your vacation! ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The property boasts two full bathrooms, one that is an ensuite to the master bedroom and another that is accessible to the rest of your party. Each group will receive fresh towels (including pool towels) and a starter pack of basic toiletries. You may need to replenish during your stay, depending on your use. The master ensuite bathroom features dual sinks, a separate bathtub, and a stand-in shower, while the shared bathroom is outfitted with a shower/tub combo. ☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆ The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you’ll need to prepare tasty meals. The modern appliances include an electric stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and a drip coffee maker. In addition, we supply 3-4 single-use coffee packs, creamer, and sugar to get you started! You will also find salt, pepper, olive oil, a variety of spices, dinnerware, silverware, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. Enjoy your meals at the dining room table (seating for 8), or quick snacks up at the kitchen counter (seating for 2). ☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆ Socialize with your loved ones in the living room located right across from the kitchen. There’s a large couch, a sofa, and a recliner chair. Stretch your legs as you stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, warm up by the fireplace, or play a board game from our collection (located in the twin bunk room). ☆☆ BACKYARD ☆☆ The private, fenced-in backyard is perfect for your pets and the humans in your group to hang out! There is plenty of seating on the deck, and you can BBQ some great meals on the gas grill. ☆☆ GARAGE ☆☆ The garage with a pool table provides another fun hangout option. Beach day essentials are stored here as well. You’ll find beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, a beach blanket, and even a beach wagon to transport it all in. There are also four beach cruiser bikes and helmets you can use. You will have private access to the entire home, including the backyard and garage areas. You can access the front door with a keypad lock - the code will be provided to you 48 hours prior to your arrival. The entrance is on the ground level, and the whole home is one level. Free parking for up to two vehicles is available in the driveway. Guests will also have shared access to the neighborhood pool, open seasonally (pool is closed from November 1st - March 30th). A key to the pool area will be provided at the property. There are over 100+ streaming channels available through the Youtube TV app. Netflix, Prime Video, and other streaming platforms are also available, but you will need your own password for those.
