This spacious 3 bedroom villa has been built in a new gated community named Cocoon Villas. Set in the peaceful area of Nai Thon, on Phuket West Coast, the development is just a short drive away from Nai Thon and Nai Yang beaches, local and international restaurants, and Phuket International Airport. Located 5 minutes away from the Nai Yang Beach where the Sirirat National park is located, this single-storey luxury villa will please serenity seeking travelers and families alike. The space Designed in a modern and contemporary style, the villa features a private pool surrounded by tropical trees and a lush garden. The main entrance is to the large living room that offers views of the swimming pool and a big comfortable seating area with a flat screen TV. Open to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove and all utensils. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with double sink, deep soaking bath tub and a separate walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms have en-suite facilities as well. Please Note: There is construction in the area which may create some minor noise during the day, but it won’t affect your evenings.
