Casita G is a romantic 600 sq ft. It is not for those that are weak in the knees as it has 3-levels. Comfy & cozy with 1bdrm/1 bath, split level loft with a wonderful exposed viga ceiling. Queen size bed upstairs. The kiva fireplace is located in the corner, providing a warm ambiance throughout. The enclosed patio and covered porch is perfect to relax after a day spent walking to Santa Fe’s many galleries & museums. The space This romantic loft casita has a unique floorplan with an open loft overlooking the ground floor living area. Approx 600sq ft w/high ceilings & amenities at your fingertips. It's not for those that are week in the knees! There are three sets of stairs - one leads into the sunk-in living room, one set up to the bedroom loft and a few steps up to the bathroom and laundry room. It has all the authentic touches: kiva fireplace, saltillo tile& hardwood floors. Modern conveniences: cable tv, laundry facilities, full kitchen, air conditioning &comp WiFi. Pull out full size sofa bed in the den. Private patio w/covered entry. Complimentary parking! Walk to the Plaza! Guest access Full kitchen with all the amenities (everything but food!), washer and dryer, air conditioning/heater, parking, WiFi, parking, walk to the plaza! Feel free to look inside drawers and closets. Everything is there for your use. If you feel like we are missing something, please let us know. And if anything breaks during your stay, please let us know. If you move furniture around during your stay, please put it back the way you found it. Many times there is only one person cleaning the casita and it's difficult to move furniture that it might have taken two people move to begin with! Other things to note If you have pets, we do ask for a pet deposit and ask that you make sure to clean up after the little guys/gals. We do ask that if your pet does disrupt other quests, or causes any damages to the casitas, or the property that you as the owner take responsibility, personally and financially.
