Beautiful duplex apartment in Cenisia neighborhood, convenient to reach the Polytechnic, near the Tesoriera Park and close to the bus station of Corso Vittorio Emanuele. The space On the fourth floor of a residential building with the elevator, guests will find this apartment which is spread over two floors. The accommodation has a nice style, with 1970s vibes and is ideal for a large family or several couples who intend to visit the city. The entrance opens onto the lower floor, which houses the living area consisting of a large and cozy living room, furnished with a corner double sofa bed, a Tv and a dining area. The independent kitchen is well equipped, with an additional dining area and complete with every cooking tool, including an oven, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine. The floor continues with the master bedroom, equipped with a queen size bed and a chest of drawers, and the bathroom with shower. From the living room, an internal staircase leads to the upper floor, specifically to a hallway with a bookcase and a double sofa bed. The floor is completed by another bedroom with two single beds and a more spacious bathroom with a corner bathtub and shower. At guests' disposal there are also comforts such as free wi-fi, air conditioning and heating. In the area parking is free and there are many services near the apartment.
