Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away. The space The open living and dining area has a ceiling height of 4.5m and is very bright thanks to the large window front. Sun protection is provided by the electric awning and electric blinds. With a foosball table and some board games, you can spend nice evenings in the apartment. The modern kitchen is lavishly equipped to cook delicious meals alone or together. The loggia and balcony invite you to linger, where you can enjoy the sunset. A cozy bedroom with a sitting area and a walk-in closet provide a feel-good atmosphere even in the night hours. The entire apartment has a double bed (180 × 200) and two sofa beds (140 × 215, 130 × 180). A baby cot and two additional guest beds are available on request. Free street parking is available in front of the property. Guest access Our guests can use all the rooms in the apartment. A small storage room, which is used for cleaning utensils, is closed.
