Evergreen is a charming, historic cobb cottage on the outskirts of the village of Bransgore and within the free-roaming part of the New Forest National Park. The space Evergreen, originally a farm cottage built in 1860, is within the free-roaming part of the New Forest National Park, ponies, cows and even pigs regularly turn up at the gate. Ideal for those looking to explore the New Forest on foot or by bike, Evergreen is just over a mile from Burley, and within a 15 minute drive of the property the popular towns of Lyndhurst, Christchurch, Brockenhurst and Ringwood can easily be accessed. The cottage is also just over a 10-minute drive from the coast so well positioned for forest or seaside adventures. Perfect for families or groups of friends, the cottage comprises a comfortable sitting and dining area plus a family room with a 65-inch television with Sky package. There is a fully equipped kitchen, and a master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite shower room completes the ground floor. There are two further comfortable bedrooms upstairs and a family bathroom. The large lawned garden with garden table and chairs for six is ideal for al fresco dining and barbecues. Additional Information: Travel cot, high chair and stair gate available on request - please bring own cot linen. Sorry, no pets. There is a 7kw Type 2 Electric Vehicle charging point on Evergreen's driveway. Guests will need to bring their own Type 2 compatible charging cable. Kitchen With electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Family room With u-shaped sofa to seat six, 65 inch 4k television, soundbar with subwoofer, HD Blu-Ray player and Sky television (with subscription to Sky Cinema, Sky Kids and Sky Sports). Master bedroom With a king-size bed. Dressing room With large wardrobe and dressing table. En-suite shower room With walk in shower, wash basin and WC (plus washing machine and tumble-dryer behind cabinet doors). This room has two doors, one to the hallway and one to the dressing room. Either door can be locked so the shower room becomes a family bathroom / cloakroom during the day or a private en-suite to the master bedroom at night. First Floor: Bedroom two With a king-size bed. Bedroom three With two single beds. Family bathroom With bath and hand held shower, wash basin and WC. Outside: Lawned garden to the front of the cottage. Outdoor table and seating for six guests.
