You will be close to the mountain, shops, restaurants, & bars while still enjoying privacy on 1.1 acres. The home is fully equipped w/ amenities such as hot tub, AC, BBQ, Wi-Fi, office space, mudroom, game room, smart TVs, streaming services, Alexa & more. (Hot tub fee applies mid-Mar to mid-Dec. The space At 25 Rocky Ridge Road, you'll have our mountain home all to yourself and have all the amenities you could need for your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with stove, two fridges, microwave, Keurig, cooking essentials, dish-ware and cutlery; outdoor deck with hot tub, patio furniture and propane BBQ grill; living room with 55" LCD TV, cable, DVD, sound-bar, Netflix, wood burning stove; media room with TV and Roku, cable, DVD, stereo, Nintendo Wii; master bedroom with full bed and smart TV; office with two desks for teleworking; mud room; game room with darts, foosball and bar glassware; and much more. Cameras are not in any of the living areas. - Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended. The Killington, Vermont area is the perfect place to get away from it all no matter what season it is. There are tons of outdoor activities including: skiing, snowboarding, hiking, antiquing, golf, swimming, shopping, sightseeing, mountain biking and many more. We're located less than 2 miles to the slopes and even closer to the bars and restaurants. Two golf courses are within 10 minutes of the house. The town recreation center is just a short distance away and features a swimming pool, soccer field, tennis courts, baseball diamond and playground.
