PANORAMIC RELAXING GARDENS, PRIVATE PARKING on request The space - The VIOLA Villa which is part of the SECRET SPORADES Panoramic Residence in an area that extends on the western side of the ancient and traditional village of KLIMA up to the sea; it has two slightly staggered rooms connected both inside and outside by a few steps. Outside it enjoys a marvelous panoramic veranda shaded by a large magnolia and equipped with a GAS STOVE with an external electrical outlet and SINK. Inside, in the highest part of the building, there is a double bedroom, bathroom with shower cubicle, and typical local fireplace. The internal connecting door leads to the transformable living room equipped with a wooden mezzanine with two beds which can be accessed via the internal stone staircase. On the ground floor a single bed and a luggage compartment, the bathroom/shower cubicle, the kitchenette with an electric stove for breakfast only, and a fridge and another fireplace as well as a sofa which can sleep two just under the panoramic window. - The villa also has access to a large open space terrace with an incredible 180-degree view from the islet of DASIA to the port and village of GLOSSA including the island of EVIA, the island of SKIATHOS , and Mount Pelion. Their lights after sunset give a truly unique show! - As mentioned, the VIOLA Villa is part of the SECRET SPORADES Panoramic Residence, at night the access gates, to which you will have the keys, will be closed for greater safety of the guests who will have the keys. Guest access - The accommodation is independent and totally available to guests. - The SECRET SPORADES private complex of which Villa VIOLA is a part, can also accommodate groups and has communal recreational or relaxation areas that can be used as: - The new PANORAMIC SWIMMING POOL with its equipped terraces. - THE GREAT PANORAMIC TERRACE suitable for recreational activities, aggregation, meditation, gymnastics, dance or painting courses or special events respecting the common tranquility. It is equipped with a large outdoor kitchen with oven and wood-burning grill, gas stove and sink as well as two dedicated man / woman bathrooms and a closed room with refrigerators. - A grove with shaded RELAXATION ZONE where you can read a book, play a card game or have a good chat .... - EXTERNAL KITCHENS for lunches and dinners. - Local use free LAUNDRY on reservation to avoid unnecessary waiting. - Access to the sea below by road through the PARK of olive and almond trees of the property. With calm sea the water is very clear and excellent for snorkeling.   We recommend maximum attention to children and guests who can not swim   which we recommend the use of suitable equipment. Our beach is in its natural state and  it's not equipped for sea rescue. We recommend shoes for the rock. (You see   photo / video).
