Our fully refurbished Gite is situated on a quiet no through road, surrounded by beautiful countryside. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. The shower room has a new shower cubicle, basin and WC. Ultrafast Fibre Wifi Bed 1 has a king size bed with luxury bedding, storage cupboard and dressing table. Bed 2 has twin beds and is ideal for children. Outside is a private covered terrace plus the use of a large garden and woodland. The space Our Gite was fully refurbished in 2022 and has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, nespresso coffee machine as well as having all the utensils and accessories to enjoy a full family feast. The lounge/dining room has a comfortable couch, freeview TV, storage units and a table with 4 chairs which can double up as a workspace if required. The free wifi is ultrafast fibre optic with speeds over 200MB. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs with plenty of wardrobe and storage space. The twin room is accessed through the the king bedded room and is ideal for families although still very comfortable for 4 adults. Good quality towels and bedding are all provided The showeroom downstairs has a new shower cubicle, vanity basin with storage and WC. Outside is a private patio area with table, chairs and BBQ plus access to a large garden with woodland and a woodland walk. To the front or side of the property there is secure parking for up to 3 cars. Guest access All of the Gite is at the disposal of guests Other things to note We are right on the Charente/Dordogne border within walking distance of both La Rochebeaucourt and Edon. La Rochebeaucourt has 2 restaurants and a very good Boulangerie. The surrounding coutryside is beautiful and many lovely towns such as Villebois Lavelette, Brantome, Aubertere sur Dronne etc are easily accessible.
