Casa Arena is a beautiful beach house with stunning panoramic sea views and its own private access to the beach below. It is one of the few houses on the Costa del Sol built directly on the beach. Situated on El Charcón Beach (Playa El Charcón), the property benefits from: - Three bedrooms (all with sea views). - Terrace with balcony overlooking the beach. - Private parking. This is a truly unique house, with sun, sea & sand - all at arms reach. The space Casa Area is truly is a home from home and has everything you need for a great holiday. It has a fully equipped kitchen, complete with oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle & coffee machine. On entering the property you will find an open plan living area with a large corner sofa, 70 inch smart TV (with cable channels), as well as a dining space. The property has three bedrooms, all with individually controlled air conditioning and incredible views of the Mediterranean. On the ground floor is a double bedroom (king sized bed), and on the first floor is the master bedroom (king sized bed) and a third bedroom with three single beds. There are two fully equipped bathrooms - one on each floor. The master bedroom also has its own private terrace with a table and chairs, ideal for watching the sunset over La Cala de Mijas. It is outside where the property really comes into its own, with plenty of space to enjoy your time in the sun. There are terraces on three sides of the property, including a large south facing terrace to the rear overlooking the beach below. The rear terrace gets the sun all day long, and is partially covered to give you the ideal balance between sun and shade. You will be spoilt for choice for dining al fresco, with two separate outdoor dining areas which both seat up to eight. There are also numerous sunbeds, a barbeque, and an area to relax with a comfortable outdoor sofa and chairs. If you want to spend time on the beach - it is mere moments away! The house comes complete with plastic sun loungers and chairs which are ideal for taking down to the beach so you can enjoy your time on the sand in comfort. 2026 RENOVATIONS. We are constantly improving the property, and this year we are completely renovating the outside space ready for Summer 2026. The entire terrace flooring has been replaced with new modern anti-slip tiles, and the wooden pergola has been replaced with a aluminium structure with sliding glass doors and a electronic roof which opens with a remove control. We've also replaced all of the outdoor furniture, and all the old balustrades in the property has been replaced with safety glass. At the front of the property we've also installed an outdoor shower so you can shower off when you get back from the beach. Unfortunately we won't have new photography done until later in the year, but we've maintained our 2025 pricing for this year and we're confident you will be impressed with the changes. Other things to note There is a charcoal BBQ which is available to use. The gas BBQ at the property is not available for guest use.
