Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am. 2. NO Smoking in condo or on balcony. 3. Pets are NOT allowed. 4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated. 5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation. 6. Parking passes are included with your rental and will be delivered to the condo for your convenience (limit 2). 7. Right to Enter: Beach Getaways staff may enter the property, with prior notice, for repairs, inspections, maintenance, or management duties. We also reserve the right to enter for disturbances, occupancy checks, or damage inspection. The primary renter is responsible for all guests and must be present for the full reservation term. Exceeding the maximum guest limit is not allowed. 8. Right to Enter: Beach Getaways staff may enter the property, with prior notice, for repairs, inspections, maintenance, or management duties.
