The spacious king-size master bedroom as well as the upstairs living area & fully equipped, modern kitchen have access to the wrap-around terrace overlooking the pool and surrounding rainforest. There is a second smaller bedroom on this level, as well. The lower level hosts 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a second living area with TV and has full access to deck and pool area. The two levels connect on the inside via a staircase with child safety gate, and also on the outside. Mot Mot Villa is located within the private gated community of Manuel Antonio Estates. With 24 hour guarded entrance, we ensure your safety during your vacation here in Costa Rica! A regular bus service goes from Quepos to Manuel Antonio National Park for a minimum cost (50 cents USD). The bus stop is located right outside the gates of Manuel Antonio Estates. Taxis are also available 24/7. Tour companies will pick you up here at our office. Manuel Antonio Estates is located within walking distance (5 minutes) from the town of Quepos where you will find all the commodities you require such as restaurants, groceries stores, cars, shops, internet cafe, banks & ATM. We are 7km from Manuel Antonio Beach and National Park. It is about a 7 minute drive. If you don't have a car, there is the bus that runs twice an hour for less than 50 cents. Taxis are approximately $2-$7 per ride. We are surrounded by the rainforest, which guarantees daily wildlife visits including monkeys, iguanas, tropical birds like toucans and macaws, but also bugs are common. All windows are screened, but every now and then a few manage to make their way in, so if bugs ir geckos are not for you or any of your group members, Costa Rica may not be the right destination for you. Do not leave fruit or eggs out, as the monkeys can get in and they can make big disasters! Always clean up after using the kitchen, even just a few bread crumbs will attract ants to come in the house.
