The apartment consists of a large exclusive terrace with a breathtaking view of the domes of the Basilica del Santo which will give you unforgettable evenings. The accommodation consists of a living room with table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals, a comfortable sofa bed and two bedrooms with a double bed in front of which you will find a 43" Smart TV to spend a quiet evening watching your favorite programs ; this beautiful top floor bifocal with exposed wooden beams also offers the kitchen where you will find appliances such as dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, microwave, etc. In the bathroom, complete with sanitary ware, sink and shower, you will find a welcome kit (shampoo, shower gel and body lotion) and towels of various sizes, as well as a convenient washing machine. The apartment is studied in detail, equipped with high-speed WiFi internet connection, air conditioning and heating. Despite being located in the city center, the apartment is equipped with fixtures that allow you to enjoy peace and relaxation, totally isolating external noise. You will find centralized VMC ventilation, i.e. a forced air recirculation system with room humidity management system and air sanitization of up to 99% of the bacteria and viruses present in the air. Other things to note The external door to access the structure is electrified, so just enter the code that will be provided and wait for it to open.
