Winter or summer, come enjoy all that this mountain town has to offer. A three minute walk to the complimentary green line bus will have you at either the base of the mountain or central downtown area in under 20 minutes. Additionally, the townhome is just a short walk to the Yampa Core River Trail which allows you to get around town by foot or bike as well (weather permitting). Our complex is very residential which allows you to truly get an authentic local experience of Steamboat Springs. About the space: Our townhouse can comfortably accommodate six people. The master bedroom hosts a queen bed, a large smart TV, and black-out curtains. The second bedroom contains a bunk bed with full-sized mattresses, a twin-sized trundle, a smart TV, and desk setup to accommodate anyone working remotely. The living room contains a large sectional perfect for relaxing by the fireplace or watching the latest tv show/movie release on a large smart Vizio tv after a long day on the slopes. The updated full bathroom upstairs contains a large whirlpool bath and his and hers sinks sunk into a granite countertop, while the downstairs half bath provides additional space and privacy (and most importantly, an extra toilet). The kitchen boasts new LG appliances and a breakfast bar, perfect for cooking and entertaining. In warmer months, you are welcome to lounge on the deck, take a dip in the community pool/hot tub or walk young ones to the local playground at Whistler Park. During ski season, you have access to a ski locker for safe storage of all equipment. Both bedrooms offer great views of the gondola and snow capped peaks of Mount Werner. Whether for a family getaway, a friends retreat or a romantic adventure, come enjoy a comfortable townhome in one of the most beautiful towns in America. Parking: The townhouse provides two parking spaces located right in front of the unit. Activities: There's something for everyone in Steamboat all year round. The ski resort is open in late-November and closes in mid-April. During the winter, you can participate in many winter activities such as snowmobiling, snow tubing, skiing/snowboarding, snow shoeing, sledding, and much more! During the summer months, you will be close to a multitude of hiking trails with breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. Our favorite summer activity is tubing down the Yampa river (which usually is during the month of June depending on river water levels). Restaurants: Our favorite brunch restaurants are Creekside Grill and Yampa Valley Kitchen. For dinner, we highly recommend Laundry, Table 79, and Aurum Food & Wine. That being said, the Steamboat food scene spans many cuisines and we're sure you will be able to find a restaurant that satisfies everyone's different pallets.
