Our holiday home Beautiful view for up to 5 people, 115 square meters in size, in a quiet location at approx. 560 m above sea level in the Vulkaneifel. You have a beautiful panoramic view of our low mountain range, such as Hohe Acht, Nürburgring and the Daun region. With us you can enjoy pure nature, peace and relaxation as well as the amenities of a large, park-like garden. Seating and lounging options with cushions, as well as an in-house barbecue area, are available to you free of charge. The space Tourist tax is included in the price. Minimum stay 3 nights. During certain holidays, a minimum stay of 4 nights may apply. 10% discount on stays of 7 nights or more. Our holiday home is not wheelchair accessible due to stairs. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a hob with ceramic hob and oven, a fridge with separate freezer compartment and a dining area. A modern single room with a 120x200 box spring bed, wardrobe and comfortable seating. The living room is furnished with a leather suite, a flat-screen TV and a bookcase with a selection of books. There is also a selection of games available for you to enjoy. There are two double bedrooms upstairs. One of them has two 100x200 beds and a spacious sliding door wardrobe. The second double bedroom is furnished with a 90x200 box-spring bed, a wardrobe, mirror and seating area. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and bathtub. A hairdryer is provided. The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price. Change on request and for a fee. The bedrooms are available according to the number of people booked. Changes can be made on site. However, we are also happy to receive changes in advance by email. We will then prepare everything for you accordingly. Examples: 2 persons booked = 1 double room 3 persons = 1 double room and 1 single room 4 persons = 2 double rooms An additional bedroom can be booked on site for an extra charge of 7€ per night. For longer stays, the maximum charge is 50€. 5 people = 2 double rooms and 1 single room. Motorcycles and e-bikes (including electricity) can be parked in a lockable garage for a fee of 5€ per vehicle for your entire stay. Bicycles are free of charge. Charging stations for electric cars are available nearby. On request and for a fee, we can provide you with: Our various stainless steel barbecue equipment (swivel or rotary grill), which we clean, as well as charcoal or wood for your campfire, if available. We provide our kettle barbecue free of charge. Washing machine and dryer in the landlord's basement room in the house next door. Fast WiFi is available free of charge. No pets. Smoking is not permitted in the house. No parties or stag/hen parties. No bookings from companies for their technicians. Guest access Separate house entrance. Of course, you live in the holiday home at Dahlemer Str. 11 alone. Number of bedrooms depending on the number of people booked.
