New listing. Three Bedroom house with huge back yard close to Little Miami River and Bike trail. Only a 5 block walk. Nice neighborhood with easy access to freeway. Many parks, restaurants and activities within walking distance. Each room has a queen size bed. Fully stocked kitchen. Fast Wifi and large smart TV (delivered on 11/18, will update pics after set-up). Backyard is fully fenced and dogs are welcome. Great spot to get away but still close enough to the city for commuting. The space The bathroom has a nicely renovated shower. There is no bathtub. Other things to note We can usually accommodate early check in or late check out on request. However we do request an additional charge of $20 for the time to coordinate and work to provide the necessary cleaning during a shorter time frame. Many guests request this service and it does take extra time to coordinate schedules and ensure everyone involved can accommodate the request. Thank you, Seth
