Many parks, restaurants and activities within walking distance. Each room has a queen size bed. Fully stocked kitchen. Fast Wifi and large smart TV (delivered on 11/18, will update pics after set-up). Backyard is fully fenced and dogs are welcome. Great spot to get away but still close enough to the city for commuting. The Space: The bathroom has a nicely renovated shower. There is no bathtub. Other Things to Note: We can usually accommodate early check in or late check out on request. However we do request an additional charge of $20 for the time to coordinate and work to provide the necessary cleaning during a shorter time frame. Many guests request this service and it does take extra time to coordinate schedules and ensure everyone involved can accommodate the request. Thank you, Seth
