Come make some memories in Pinetop! 3 bedroom 2 bath with lovely back deck and propane fire pit. This is a bright beautiful cabin with lots of natural light, a nice gathering area for your group located within Pinetop Lakes country club. 1 mile to the Gathering Place. There are 2 golf courses close, one is public and one is private. Sunrise Park Resort is 20 miles. Hon dah casino is nearby. Our cabin is close to the Equestrian & recreation center. Trail rides, available for a fee. The space The best way to describe this cabin is the light, open, and airy. There is a large great room that is full of windows and skylights. The dining room is surrounded by windows and opens into a large covered patio toward the back of the cabin. The entire living area, kitchen, dining and great room open to each other, perfect for cozy social time. There is a ping pong , dart board and corn hole tables in the garage for some friendly competition. Garage is available to guest if not being used by owner. There is a good size DVD collection for your enjoyment. ***Dogs are allowed if there is not lots of snow in the yard. There is no back fence so you will have to keep your dog on a leash. $75 pet stay fee is required per pet. Please inform host if fee does not appear. *****There is a Ring doorbell on front door and s security camera on the back deck. In the summer time, fires are not allowed during the season. Thank you for your understanding! *******. There are ceiling fans in the master and family room. There’s are portable fans to move around. There is central heat but NOT air conditioning. ****Firewood is not supplied** Guest access Make yourself at home to the entire cabin. Master closet will have our personal items in it as well the dressers but there should be plenty of room otherwise for your belongings. There is a large three car garage which you are welcome to use provided we do not have our toys stored it one of the bays of the garage. Please take caution pulling in and out of garage. It is a sharp angle and the snow (if there is any) may make it slippy. Other things to note This is our family cabin so please take care of it as you would your own home. Exterior video surveillance in place, front ring doorbell and back security camera. The backyard is not fenced. During summer time, fires are not allowed during the season even in the fireplace. Extra cleaning fee will be deducted and a $400 fine or more will be passed your way if you are using the fireplace in the summer. Thank you for your understanding! If you choose to enjoy the fire place in fall or winter, please open the flu before you start the fire and close it after the fire is completely out and there is no smoke or Ash burning or smoldering.
