Welcome to our modern equipped apartment in the heart of Bad Segeberg. The sunny, 46 sqm property invites you to relax and offers an ideal starting point for numerous excursions. Supermarket and bakery are in the immediate vicinity. Ihlsee, Segeberger See, the city center, the Kalkbergstadion and the ratches are, among many other points of contact, reachable in just a few minutes on foot, by bike or by car. The space The south-facing 2-room apartment is located in the attic and consists of bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining area, as well as hallway and bathroom with shower. The bedroom has a large double bed (180 x 200 cm). In the living room there is a sofa bed (140x180 cm). This will host up to 2 Adult & 2 kids. When booking with 2 people, the double bed in the bedroom is prepared. If you prefer separate beds, I ask for your feedback in a timely manner. Guests can use the big garden (2500 sqm). There is a separate summer corner available for the guests of the apartment with privacy screens,garden furniture and barbecue. Immediately next to the property is also adjacent to a well-kept park with relaxation facilities, a large playground and beach volleyball court. In addition, the path leads directly to the idyllic hiking and walking path to the Trave. There is a washing machine with drying room in the basement. Guest access The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building in a quiet hillside location. The entire house with its four apartments is owned by the hostess.
