Welcome to our modern furnished apartment in the heart of Bad Segeberg. The sunny, 46-square-meter accommodation is inviting for relaxation and offers an ideal starting point for numerous excursions. Supermarket and bakery are in the immediate vicinity. Ihlsee, Segeberger See, the city center, the Kalkberg Stadium and the Klinken are, among many other points of contact, within walking distance, by bike or by car. The space The 2-room apartment facing south is located in the attic and consists of a bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining area as well as a hallway and bathroom with shower. The bedroom has a large double bed (180 x 200 cm). In the living room there is a sofa bed (140 x 180 cm). The apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. When booking with 2 people, the double bed in the bedroom will be prepared. If you prefer separate beds, please let me know as soon as possible. Guests can use the large garden (2500 sqm). A separate summer corner with privacy, garden furniture and barbecue is available for the guests of the apartment. Right next to the property is a well-kept park with relaxation facilities, a large playground and a beach volleyball court. In addition, the path leads directly to the idyllic hiking and walking path to the Trave. In the basement there is a washing machine with a drying room.
