Beautiful, sun-drenched, light-filled 2-bedroom 2.5-bathroom private villa within the Cypress Lakes Golf Resort. Open, uninterrupted outlook, total privacy and every comfort of home. A romantic getaway for two; two couples or a family of 4. Free WIFI and Foxtel. Private owners pool (with toilets) open from September to February. The space The villa is warm, colourful, inviting and super-comfortable for two to four people (maximum 4). The kitchen is fully equipped for those who want to cook - gas cooktop, gas bbq on the deck, a Nespresso coffee machine with (original) pods to get you started as well as condiments, teas, etc. All the basic supplies such as olive oil, S&P etc are in the pantry at your disposal. Quality toiletries are provided along with super-king fluffy towels. There is a washing machine and dryer should you need it and of course hair-dryers in the bathrooms. Views from the dining, lounge and deck are magical with gorgeous sunsets, hot air balloons early morning and kangaroos visiting morning and night. Electric awning over the deck as well as manual vertical blinds for those hot summer days and excellent air-conditioning units in bedrooms and living area. Guest access Access to the magnificent golf course, bars and restaurants. Access to the villa owners pool (restricted to private villas only) so if you are looking for a secluded swim/bake this is it - refer to the resort map in our welcome book. Other things to note If you would like to fully utilise the Nespresso Coffee Machine, we provide some pods to get you started, but they are readily available in Woolworths or Coles Cessnock on the way in from Sydney (or a 10 minute drive from the villa).
