Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1. 22 years old for out of town guests 2. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Self-service garage parking is available in the building next door ($17/day; ~$125/month). Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Want to enhance your stay?
