The Garden House is an elegant and spacious semi-detached Victorian house within a private Estate, offering guests generous and flexible family accommodation in a wonderful rural setting, and only a short journey from the coast. The space Well situated for trips to Ringstead Bay, Weymouth Beach, Lulworth Cove, the county town of Dorchester and many nearby quaint Dorset villages, The Garden House offers generous and stylish accommodation, and can comfortably accommodate a large family, couples or a gathering of friends. The accommodation consists of three double bedrooms, and a further double bedroom with an additional single bed, all well-furnished and comfortable. The grand sitting room with its open fire is the perfect space for gathering all the family together after a day spent exploring the nearby Jurassic Coast or visiting the museums in Dorchester. There is a well-equipped dining kitchen complete with an Aga, which is perfect for preparing delicious meals, and enjoying the view over the Estate whilst dining. The property has a utility and cloakroom on the ground floor, a family shower room and an en-suite bathroom on the first floor, and a family bathroom on the second floor. Younger guests will enjoy the chalk board walled play area on the second floor with its extensive range of toys. There is plenty of parking at the front of the property and guests have use of a pretty courtyard garden for al fresco dining with its garden table, benches and chairs. The Garden House is a semi-detached property and its neighbour The Courtyard House is also available to let, subject to availability. Both properties can be booked together as a combination in Park House, accommodating up to 19 guests. Additional Information: One well-behaved dog welcome on request (additional charge). Children and infants welcome. Travel cot and high chair available on request (please provide your own cot linen). There is a fixed stair gate at the top of the stairs on the second floor and a mobile stair gate can be provided in addition. Guest access Ground Floor: Sitting room Comfortable seating for up to 9 guests with a 40” television with Sky and a DVD/Blu-Ray player and an open fire. Kitchen/dining Kitchen with Aga, separate oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. The dining table seats 9 guests. Utility/cloakroom With WC, washing machine and tumble dryer. Lift There is a lift from the ground floor hall directly to bedroom two. First Floor: Bedroom one With a super-king size bed with an en-suite bathroom with wash basin and a WC. Bedroom two With a 7' emperor size bed, lift from the ground floor and with views across the countryside. Family shower room With a shower, wash basin and WC. Second Floor: Bedroom three With a 4'6" double bed and garden views. Bedroom four With a 4'6" double bed and an additional 3' single bed and countryside views. Family bathroom With a bath, wash basin and WC. Play area With chalk board walls and a range of toys, games and puzzles. Outside: Paved courtyard garden, not fully enclosed, with garden table, benches and chairs. Parking on a gravelled area to the front of the property for up to 4 cars.
