My newly built apartment (2022) is located in "La Suaredda," a quiet area just 2 km from the town center and about 1 km from La Cinta Beach. It’s perfect for families or groups of friends and accommodates up to 5 guests. The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Other things to note The spacious living area features a fully equipped kitchenette with induction hobs and a dishwasher, a single sofa bed, TV, and opens through large glass doors to a private garden. The bathroom includes a shower, washing machine, and hairdryer. Enjoy meals outdoors on the covered veranda, furnished with a table and chairs, overlooking the lawn. Parking is available in front of the house on a private, traffic-free street. You will have bed linen, towels, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. Please pay special attention to the use and cleaning of the induction hobs; you’ll find a reminder with detailed instructions. A calendar with simple recycling instructions and all necessary materials will be provided.
