This recently renovated apartment features high speed wifi, 100% cotton sheets, high end appliances, from Samsung to Oster and a private cinema with Roku, Netflix, and other streaming options. Come watch the hummingbirds feed on the private balcony as you have brunch. Your local host is just a phone call away for any assistance needed. We speak English and Espanol. The space There is a very large and clean community swimming pool, gym, conference center, steam room, sauna, basketball, and volleyball court. There is also secure parking for your vehicle, and covered parking for a motorcycle if you need it. Each bedroom has a very large closet for storage and mountain views. Master bedroom has a private bathroom. Balcony has an active hummingbird feeder and safety railing. All appliances are name brand and brand new. There is an assistant who lives next door and can help with anything else you may need, including groceries, vehicle rentals, etc. There is also a 24 hour private grocery store attached to the building. PLEASE read House Rules before requesting a reservation. Guest access Everything is very convenient. From the 24 hour grocery store at the entrance to the private parking to the community swimming pool, the basketball court, the sauna, and gym. This is resort living for a fraction of the price. Long term stays are welcome! Other things to note Please don't forget to water the plants every day and refill the hummingbird feeder with 1 part sugar 4 parts filtered water (both provided).
