The space The property has been recently renovated, furnished to a high standard throughout and with the addition of a large contemporary swimming pool. this once traditional family home is now a comfortable modern villa. Situated up a driveway just off the main street, the villa enjoys spectacular views over the bay and is a haven away from the hustle and bustle of the resort below. This very well designed villa is laid over four floors and is incredibly spacious. The main level with it’s large bright open plan sitting room and dining room has French windows opening out to a huge undercovered veranda with spectacular views. Here there is a comfortable outside lounge area with rattan furniture and a large dining table seating 8. A large brick built BBQ is here, great for those who enjoy cooking at home al fresco. There’s a large fitted kitchen with built in appliances, full oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, tall fridge/freezer. Nespresso Coffee Machine, plus all the equipment you would expect from a modern villa. Also a utility room with washing machine plus a shower room. Up a short staircase to the second floor there is one of the four bedrooms, a double room with a private bathroom with full bath and overhead shower. Further stairs bring you to the top floor where there are two further double rooms both sharing a family bathroom. Both these rooms have French windows opening onto the huge roof top veranda where the views are even better! The fourth bedroom is located on the lower ground level, a twin room with en-suite shower room and a perfect room for teenagers/young adults as although accessible by the internal staircase, this room also features a separate entrance to the driveway, so for those who are returning home later doesn’t disturb other guests.
