Baguio Vacation House with Amazing Sunset View

Our apartment has a private entrance and covered car park—an excellent place for a family or group of friends of up to 9 persons. The main bedroom is suitable for a small family of up to 3 persons and has an attached bathroom. In good weather, guests can enjoy an amazing sunset view (see actual photos). We are 5-10 minutes away from Baguio City Center depending on the traffic situation (SM Shoemart, Burnham Park). Access to other tourist attractions in Baguio City is mainly 10 - 20 minutes away. The space Our valued guests will be staying in a reasonably spacious, furnished apartment (85 sq. meters floor area) with two bedrooms (the main bedroom features an attached toilet and bath), a dining table for up to 6 persons. The kitchen has a cooking range, fridge, toaster, cooking wares/utensils, and a microwave oven. Another bathroom is available in the receiving area. Both bathrooms are complete with showers and hot water supplies. A private and secure parking area is also available for guests (accommodating 1 sedan or SUV only). Guest access The entire 2-bedroom apartment is accessible to guests of up to 9 persons. For the couple-only reservation, only the main bedroom, living room, dining area, and kitchen will be accessible, and the other bedroom will remain closed during the stay. Other things to note The guests will be provided with complimentary mineral water on their arrival. The guests must strictly segregate their waste into biodegradable (nabubulok) and non-biodegradable (hindi nabubulok). Two separate garbage containers, labeled, are provided in the transient's kitchen area. We strive to provide our guests with comfortable and clean accommodations. Unlike other transient houses in the area, the cost of cleaning the property is not included in the guest's bill; therefore, we expect our guests to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the apartment before check-out.
